Selen Ayizi Bostan was born in Turkey. She is an architect and has a PhD education in History of Art and Architecture. From childhood her real love was art. It is really hard for her to define the reason... She is mostly inspired by Rimbaud's and Lautremont's poems, Tintoretto's art, Rachmaninof's music, several fantasy and fiction stories. She likes reading history and philosophy.
Selen uses several mediums like soft pastels, watercolor, ink pen, acrylics. She has concentrated on digital art only for the past year and has taken a liking to it so will keep it up.
