My work is a fusion of photography and traditional painting styles. By using the latest computer technology and software I am able to combine the two, which is why I now consider myself to be a digital artist rather than a photographer or painter.
This also allows me to produce conventional colour and monochrome photographic images without the limitations imposed by using a darkroom, giving me more freedom and creative possibilities.
My images are taken from nature with which I hope to portray the beauty of shape, pattern, texture and colour that exists all around us.
