David Krause, a native Texan presently residing in the Dallas, Texas area is a professional artist with over 35 years of experience in painting with oils, acrylics, and watercolor in addition to drawing with pencil and scratchboard.

Mr. Krause has mastered a number of mediums as a self-taught artist. He can move from one medium to another with ease to provide each particular subject with it's own character and feel. He has taught classes in both beginner and advanced painting and drawing in Dallas, and Austin, Texas.

More than 125 of his creative works hang in public collections around the world. Mr. Krause has exhibited in galleries, private shows across the United States. A series of his photo-realistic 1 and 2 color pencil and scratchboard drawings were reproduced into a small limited edition. Currently, less than one-half of the entire series is available for sale.

Mr. Krause continues to produce his unique style of art that captures many aspects of the disappearing past for all generations to enjoy.
